Everything starts with a brief. We ask questions and you do most of the talking. The better the brief the better the outcome. A good brief relies on the right questions and we have the experience to extract the required information from you to come up with the best solutions.
Once we have the brief we will develop strategies to achieve objectives. When we develop strategies we always consider the budget, to ensure what we propose can actually be executed.
Once agreed on the strategy we develop creative solutions. We generally provide you with 2-3 creative concepts. All of them will be up for discussion and the chosen direction will be fine-tuned and crafted before it is signed-off and produced.
Advertising is NOT an expense. If it costs you more than you stand to make we don’t recommend it. So, it is important that any marketing activity or campaign is measurable. We will help you to put measurements in place and will meet with you to evaluate and tweak any activity to improve the outcome on an on-going basis.
The four steps above are a short outline on how we work, often there are more steps in between and additional meetings, depending on the project. For each project we provide you with a cost estimate and if the cost changes we will let you know before a change has been actioned so there are no unpleasant surprises.
